How can I return the product?

Almondi products, for which quality, compliance with health and freshness are of great importance, are meticulously packaged. However, in order to prevent problems that may arise from transportation, we kindly ask you to check the products you ordered before receiving your order from the cargo company. Perishable products, food products, disposable products are products that cannot be returned due to their nature and the Buyer will not be able to benefit from the right of return for these products. Souvenirs, breakables, etc. The use of the right to return on products is subject to the condition that the packaging of the product is unopened, intact and the product is unused. You have to return our broken, opened, torn packaged products or products that you notice to be broken or damaged to the cargo company without receiving them.

Can I return any product?

According to the TCC, there is no right of withdrawal for foodstuffs, beverages or other daily consumption items. Other than these, all products whose original packaging is undamaged, unused, not damaged as a result of usage error can be returned.

Returns of opened, used and destroyed products are not accepted.

The product return, which you can do without giving any reason, must be made as the product was delivered to you. In case of any deterioration, opening, breakage, tearing, deficiency in accessories and other conditions in the product or product packaging you have purchased, product returns are not accepted.

If the invoice of the product has not been sent, if it is incomplete, the return will not be accepted. The products to be returned must be delivered together with the original product invoice.

Unjustified product returns must be made in writing within 14 days following the delivery of the goods to you.

The products to be returned must be delivered to us via the cargo companies that Almondi works with.

The product should be placed in a protective package and the label of the shipping company should not be on the product packaging. Deformation that will occur in the packaging of the product is among the situations that prevent the product from being resold.

Product returns that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions are strictly not accepted.
